November 2023 Today's lunch was also super delicious!
Even though I was alone, I was treated with respect. Both the meat and cold noodles are delicious. I enjoy grilling the surface of the offal until it becomes crispy, giving it a texture similar to that of yakitori skin. I was lucky because I had a top tongue. It's very thick and filling. It was the best lunch. I would definitely like to come eat again.
Used for lunch. cheap. Delicious short ribs. Hormone normal. I don't think the cold noodles are that much. It would be better if the soup stock was more effective. Also, it’s hot in the store 🥵
The food was delicious🤗It was served quickly🙆♂️
The premium salted tongue (1,650 yen) is thick!
I've never seen it this thick anywhere else.
If you go to Butcher-ken, be sure to try the Kamishio tongue! !
"Butcher Ken" is located in Motomiya, Morioka City, Iwate Prefecture🍖It's a delicious yakiniku restaurant that you can imagine from the name😊The biggest feature is the style of grilling on a seven-ring stove (charcoal for the stove is charged). I thought the taste of the meat was much different 😃 It felt like it was easy to burn, but it added a different aroma than when you eat it on a gas or iron plate 😆 I also feel nostalgic about eating while being exposed to the fire. It will be. The meat is also very delicious 😋 Especially the various parts served with mixed hormones are all excellent! I'm sure this is the first time you've seen it, but I highly recommend you give it a try 😆 I tried the beef ramen for shime, which was also delicious 😊 The faintly fragrant garlic miso was great! Whether you want to get excited or just want to grill, I recommend you try this Shichirin style at least once 😊
The hormones are amazing and delicious 😊
And it was pretty cheap.
I had ribs, offal, liver, and heart, and they were really delicious. Added hormones.
It was my first time going there, but it's a very famous restaurant in Morioka. If I remember correctly, it was also featured on the TV program ``Sekkaku Gourmet.''
I was also interested in the menu item ``Boiled Tongue'', so I tried it as well. It's very soft and has a simple salt-based seasoning. It was like a beef tongue meal version of the delicious 😋 tail soup. I want to eat it again.
The customer service was frank and effortless, which was very good. The parking lot was also spacious and easy to get into. I entered the store around 6pm on a weekday, and it was almost full. I was lucky that it happened to slip in.
While looking at the menu, I thought, "Huh? Isn't it cheap?" But the bill was still reasonable.
Good cost performance!
It was delicious. Thank you for the meal😊
I think this meat is the best at this price! but!
The sauce doesn't suit me personally.
Personally, I was disappointed that there was no additional sauce, gochujang, or garlic on the table.
Like everyone, the salt hormone was delicious.
I stopped by for lunch. I think it's good value for money and you can eat Yakiniku from noon. The charcoal fire is perfect for ventilation. Since I was here for sightseeing, I was highly praised for not getting the smell of yakiniku on my clothes.
Regarding the taste, the cold noodles were sweet and the soup was not my favorite. The meat was delicious, but the charcoal fire was so strong that if you weren't careful, the meat would turn to charcoal, so it might have been better if you just grilled it, then ate it right away, then grilled it again... .
There are three yakiniku seats for one person, so you can enjoy yakiniku by yourself without any hesitation.
However, there is a seven-wheeled rice cake at the back of the table, so if you are petite, it might be a little difficult to eat.
I ordered the lunch menu set of short ribs, offal, and bibimbap for 980 yen. The result is a full stomach.
I didn't get to eat it, but lunch is all-you-can-eat and free coffee, so if you want to eat a lot, you're in luck.
It was written that there would be a charge for seven wheels and net exchange at night, so I recommend lunch.
You can use PayPay.
